80 years ago, Ansel Adams changed how America sees its wild places.
Commissioned by the National Park Service in the 1940s, Adams photographed the most iconic landscapes in the country. Those images didn't just document nature — they helped spark the modern conservation movement.
In Adams' Footsteps is a cross-country photography expedition to retrace that journey, photograph the same locations, and create a visual record of how these landscapes have evolved — while producing daily content for a massive audience along the way.
The expedition covers 12+ National Parks over 90+ days, documented daily on TikTok, YouTube, and through livestreams from the parks themselves. The end result: a photography book, fine art prints, a comparison website, and hundreds of pieces of original content featuring every partner involved.
