This site is run by Corey Silvia, a sole proprietor based in Phoenix, Arizona. 35 Designs and OwlCTO are trade names of Corey Silvia. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean Corey.

Only what you choose to send me. This site:

  • sets no cookies of its own;
  • runs no analytics, tracking pixels or ads;
  • has no accounts or sign-in.

Like any website, the company that hosts it (Vercel) handles basic technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. I don't use that information to identify or follow you.

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, a subject and a message. When you send it, they're emailed to me, and they're used only to reply to you.

To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it. It runs only on the contact page. For that check, Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser details. Cloudflare says it uses them only to detect bots and to improve that detection, not to identify, profile or target you. Its Turnstile privacy addendum has the details.

The only personal information I receive is what you choose to send through the contact form, by email or by text: usually your name, how to reach you, and what you're writing about.

I use it to reply and, if we work together, to do the work. I don't sell it, rent it or share it for marketing. It's shared only with the services I use to run my business, such as email and phone providers, or when the law requires it.

As long as it's useful for our conversation or project, and as long as the law requires for business records.

You can ask what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email contact@coreysilvia.com and I'll take care of it.

Project pages link to the projects' own sites and stores, and the home page links to my other sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new date.
