CarrierMatch
A triage tool that shows life-insurance agents which carriers are likely to accept an applicant, in seconds.
An agent enters an applicant's age, sex, tobacco use, build and health conditions. CarrierMatch scores which of six carriers are likely to accept them, estimates the premium, and keeps a history of past quotes.
The matching engine, acceptance scoring, premium estimates and fuzzy condition matching are all covered by tests. I built it as a private tool for an insurance client through Owl CTO.
