Jarvis

A fully local voice assistant for HomeKit. Say "Jarvis," give a command, and it acts and answers out loud.

Jarvis listens for its wake word, transcribes the command with Faster Whisper, works out what you meant with a local model in Ollama, and replies in a cloned voice with XTTS v2. It controls HomeKit through my HomeMCPBridge app, and none of it leaves the Mac.

It has six voice profiles, a text mode for testing, and a menu bar app. It can also answer questions about my servers by reading their status files.

    Jarvis moved into a menu bar app, so it can start with the Mac and stay out of the way.
